Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit it, technical data such as your IP address, browser type, date and time and the requested page are processed to deliver the website and protect it against attacks.

Advertising clicks

If you arrive from a Microsoft Advertising ad, the ad click identifier (msclkid) is stored in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days. When you click a partner link (currently Farmers Insurance), we record the click with this identifier, a random reference number, your IP address, browser type and country, and pass the reference number to the partner. This lets us know whether a quote request resulted from our ad and report it to Microsoft Advertising as a conversion. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring and paying for our advertising.

Retention

Click records are kept for up to 24 months for accounting with our partners and then deleted.
